Loyalty Program Rules
Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward customers based on annual spend, providing
increasing benefits as purchasing volume grows. Tiers are evaluated on a calendar year.

Credit & Compliance Requirement (Effective 3/1/2026)
Customers utilizing Genomma Lab in-house credit must remain in good payment standing to maintain both credit privileges and loyalty status.

If a customer incurs late payments, the following actions will apply:

Immediate suspension of in-house credit privileges

Loss of Loyalty Program status, including all associated discounts and perks

Reinstatement of credit and loyalty status will require:

Review by the finance and sales teams

Demonstrated payment compliance over a defined period

Formal approval by Genomma Lab
This policy will be effective as of March 1, 2026, and applies to all customers.
General Program Rules

Tier status is based on actual invoiced and paid purchases, excluding returns and credits.

Discounts and perks are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled account.

Sponsorships, training seminars, and sponsorships are subject to availability and prior approval.

Loyalty benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly approved.

Program benefits may be reviewed or updated annually to align with business objectives.
Tier Advancement & Review

Customers are automatically upgraded once spend thresholds are met.

Tier status is reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with current purchasing levels.

If spend falls below the minimum threshold or credit compliance requirements are not met, tier status may be adjusted or revoked.
